HAPPY Stop Smoking Group Program
Hypnosis & Acupuncture Program for You!
**Starts January 9th, 2012**
This new 6 week program includes:
-6 weekly 1.5 hour group meetings with hypnosis, acupuncture and
education at every meeting. Weekly topics include mindfulness,
emotional regulation, identification of triggers, problem solving
and more, all designed to help you successfully become a
non-smoker.
-Workbook with session outlines for taking notes, weekly
exercises and homework.
-Stop smoking hypnosis CD (or MP3 download) for daily listening
to enhance your progress.
Price: $399 paid in full by January 9th, 2012
or 2 payments of $225 (half due at start, the second half due within
3 weeks of start of program)
Start Date:
Monday, January 9th, 2012, 7:00 - 8:30 pm
We will meet weekly on Mondays at this time through February
13th, 2012

Group hypnosis - As you sit comfortably in your chair during our
group meetings, we will engage in several hypnosis treatments
that will help you become a non-smoker. A typical group meeting
will start with a short hypnosis segment, then alternating education,
support and additional hypnosis treatments/techniques throughout
the remainder of the time.
Stop smoking acupuncture - the special acupuncture protocol
used for this program will be done while you sit comfortably in your
chair during our group sessions by a licensed acupuncturist. A few
points in your ear will be targeted specifically proven to help you
quit smoking. The treatment will be left in for most of the group
portion, and then removed near the end.
